Our bldg. is a big commercial bldg. on the West Washington St. We had several estimates on replacing our big roof..Grace Renocations seemed the most professional and congenial. We went with them...Not a mistake. They replaced our roof for the price estimated and the time estimated. We also had them replace the gutters and they did a awesome job. I highly recommend Grace Renovations for roof replacements. Next I will be calling them to do some painting on our home. When a company today does what they promised on time with no surprises you will not lose their number. Great Job"

"I would recommend to anyone this company. Honest, Forthright, Fair and the best value you will find anywhere for all work they do. I first had him roof my home and his bid was slightly lower than the others. I looked him and his company up and there were some red flags but after speaking to him I went with my gut. After the job was finished he returned all unused supplies and refunded the money to me. Would I have known if he used everything absolutely not. His honesty and integrity far surpass most and so when I needed my house sided I knew where to go. Being informed I still got other estimates but again he outbid them and the work is exceptional. Hope to do business again in the future GREAT Guy!!"

"Check out Grace Renovations if you are looking for an outstanding painter. The project manage, Gulliver, gave me a great quote and communicated very clearly everything that was included in the bid (sanding trim & windows, patching spots I didn't realize were there, priming, painting, moving & covering furniture). I had a short time frame I needed the work completed, so he made sure to get the job done in one day working 8:30am - 6pm. Another painter said the job would take two days. He always responded quickly via phone, email, and/or text. When Gulliver initially came over to give me a bid he immediately showed me his card and ID for safety purposes which I thought was very nice. Plus he was clean and didn't smell like cigarette smoke like other painters I got quotes from. Our newly painted room looks great now! I'm very happy with Gulliver and his team at Grace Renovations. They truly went the extra mile and I hope to use them again in the future."
